We have exciting news; our clinic will remains open for Chiropractic and Registered Massage Therapy appointments. However, due to the current covid-19 pandemic things may look a bit different around the office. We appreciate your patience as we find our new normal. Below you will find a detailed outline of the measures we are implementing as a clinic.. Prior to each visit, patients will receive a call or email with a screening questionnaire. If you are feeling even the least bit unwell, we recommend postponing your appointment, even if it is last minute. We are spacing appointments out to minimize the amount of people in the clinic at one time. Our reception area will look different and we ask that you maintain social distancing in this area. If preferred, upon arrival to the clinic, you can call the front desk to see if a room is ready for you immediately. If not, you may wait in the car or sitting area across from the office on the second floor, and request the front desk to call you when a room is ready.. We ask that patients minimize the amount of people who come to your appointment. Other new changes around the office include a hand sanitizing station upon entry to the clinic, we ask that everyone sanitizes upon arrival and when leaving the clinic. We also recommend washing your hands as soon as you arrive home. We have also installed a plexiglass barrier at the reception desk.. As a team, our practitioners will all be wearing surgical/procedural face masks for all visits. All clinic visitors/patients (unless under the age of 2 or medically unable to) are required to wear a non-medical face covering to your appointment. If you do not bring your own mask, we will supply one and a $2 mask charge will be added to your visit. Practitioners will wash their hands before and after each patient visits. Each room with all contact points will be sanitized after each visit. All surfaces at the reception are also being sanitized after each patient. We request that you use contactless methods of payment as much as possible such as debit or credit.. If you have any early symptoms of covid-19, or are experiencing a full-blown case, please stay home and respect the need of our healthcare providers to remain healthy. Common symptoms include Fever (temperature of 37.8C or greater), a new or worsening cough, shortness of breath (dyspnea). Other symptoms can include: sore throat, hoarse voice, difficulty swallowing, new smell or taste disorder(s), nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, runny nose and sneezing or nasal congestion.
